Making Real Estate Great Again
A New Yorker by birth, and a Floridian by choice since 2002, Jason Abbadessa joined Florida Luxury Realty as a Realtor in September 2016. And, he’d like to share all that his adopted state has to offer: lifestyle, weather, and especially the incredible residential and commercial real estate.
In his own words, Jason is “continuously exploring new ideas and technology to make the buying and selling of real estate faster, less costly, and easier…while maintaining the highest level of service.” He especially enjoys helping transplanted New Yorkers, and others from the Northeast, find and navigate property ownership and Sunshine State living.
Prior to launching his real estate career, Jason spent four years in a classroom as a long-term substitute teacher with Hernando County’s High Schools. His experience also extends into municipal government, working with law enforcement, judges, and attorneys, in Pasco County where he was Deputy County Clerk of Traffic Court from August 2006 through October 2012.
Jason earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Nova SouthEastern University in 2015, and successfully earned his Florida Real Estate license shortly thereafter. He and his wife Laurie share their Spring Hill home with their four dogs. Jason golfs, Laurie gardens, and together share their enjoyment of Universal Studios, and dining out.
Proving that you can take the man out of New York, but not New York out of the man, Jason’s favorite number is “2” – the jersey number of the now retired, Baseball Hall of Famer, New York Yankees shortstop, Derek Jeter.
