Karen Baxley went above and beyond anything I have seen any other real estate agent do in my life. Our property required a laundry list of things that had been neglected for many years and Karen and Gary were able and willing to ensure all items were completed prior to listing and subsequently selling our property for exactly what she determined it’s value was within a time frame shorter then she indicated at listing. BTW this was during the COVID 19 pandemic. I strongly recommend Karen and Gary Baxley and will forever feel deep gratitude for very special people that genuinely care about the people they represent.
