We were looking for a small house for our disabled daughter in the $100,000 range. Your agent (Tony Viggiano) showed us the best available at that price range. All were unacceptable!! Tony suggested looking at condominiums. We bought the the first condo he showed us: 1) It was in the price range, 2) it was close to us, and 3) it was clean with new carpet, oven, microwave, dishwasher and paint. I was concerned about the condo fees of $330 per month, but when we found out what all was included for the fee, it actually was acceptable. We have known Tony for years and we would never go to any other realtor for our real estate needs. We sincerely believe that he has his client's best interest at heart 200%.
