In 2022, we contacted Barbara Mills because we needed a qualified realtor who was skilled in all phases of the profession in Citrus County. My father in law had passed away in 2022, and we needed to sell his house as part of the estate. Under Barbara's guidance, we were able to sell his property within a few months at a reasonable price. We can honestly state that Barbara went above and beyond our expectations as a realtor. Dedicated and extremely knowledgeable we put our full trust in her expertise. I will also note, that this was not an easy task as she had to deal with 6 beneficiaries of the property and some were challenging! Fast forward to 2023, we found ourselves needing Barbara's assistance again.
