I recently sold a home in Sugar mill woods using Christine Cooper Kelley. This was my second time this year working with her. I am a real estate investor and have used realtors many times before out of state. However Christine is BY FAR the most knowledgeable agent I have ever used. She worked tirelessly finding us a rental property back in February and showed us probably 10 homes before we found the right one---- she made sure everything was done right and the closing went smooth. Recently my mom passed so I had Christine list her home in Sugar Mill Woods. The listing was VERY PROFFESIONAL looking with EXCELLENT pictures and it sold in a couple hours for more money than another realtor told me it was worth. Christine kept me updated many times throughout the process and was there at the closing. There are realtors and then there are REAL REALTORS that take their job very seriously and go ABOVE AND BEYOND what most other realtors do.
