As a first time home buyer you really put faith and trust in your realtor. You need them to answer fast as your nervous about everything. I was uneducated besides what I could google. Deb had every answer even quicker than I could google. She replied so fast almost as if she knew I was about to ask. FromDay one till closing you could tell she does this to help you find the perfect home not the perfect commission.
