It has taken me a year to write this review, as I have been trying to find the words to quantify how amazing Michelle is and I still can’t say enough to attest to the magnificence of her. We first met Michelle when we rented a home she aided the landlord in finding a tenant. Once we signed the lease her job was done, but we remained in contact, as we clicked from the jump! We were stuck in the rental game and needed out, so had a time limit on finding a home. As first time homebuyers with a deadline it was very daunting to us, but Michelle made us feel comfortable and secure throughout the process. She worked tirelessly to be by us every step of the way and facilitated a seamless transaction. From the day we said let’s do this to closing was 30 days, and Michelle didn’t miss a beat. The home we found was local but an Orlando realtor had it listed, and she almost instantly did the legwork to be able to access the lockbox (I was so scared this house was going to get away from us) . With our hectic schedules she arranged for every detail to be handled and educated us on every single thing along the way. When we met Michelle not only did we meet a phenomenal realtor, but an even better human. Our beautiful home was a bonus to making a lifelong friend. Can't thank the "Hill Team" (Michelle and Steven Hill ) enough for their hard work and dedication in selling our lot in Crystal River.
