We enlisted Phil Lamonica's help in purchasing our first home on Hernando Beach back in 2011. He made himself available whenever there was a house that we wanted to see, or if we had any questions. When my husband's job took us to the Orlando area in 2015, Phil sold the house for us in a very timely manner.
