We enlisted Phil Lamonica's help in purchasing our first home on Hernando Beach back in 2011. He made himself available whenever there was a house that we wanted to see, or if we had any questions. When my husband's job took us to the Orlando area in 2015, Phil sold the house for us in a very timely manner. After returning to the West coast a couple of years ago, we made the decision to purchase another home on Hernando Beach. We once again reached out to Phil, and it was like meeting an old friend. He definitely knows Hernando Beach and made himself available when it was convenient for us. And I am happy to say helped us find our new home on Hernando Beach!
