We contracted Susan Elliott to handle our property sale, and are so glad we did! She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and committed to our goals. She orchestrated the sale from beginning to end, including navigating through a couple challenging inspection processes. We learned a bit more about what it takes to insure a mobile home which set us back a bit, but with Susan's knowledge of our market, she advised us to increase our list price and we ended up much better off than we thought we could be! We would highly recommend Susan to assist anyone with their property sales needs.
