Terri was great to deal with. She went above & beyond the normal duties of a realtor. We looked at about 40 properties & homes in our quest to find the perfect home for us. We started out looking for land to put a new double wide on, or possibly a lot with a double wide already set up on a lot. After finding out that insuring a double wide at even close to its value was impossible, we switched directions on her to look at stick-built homes in a community type setting. Along that rout we found that the homes were almost the same price as a much nicer & better-quality block-built home. So bottom line is, we were all over the map, looking at homes and land from 30k to 240k, and trying to stay within 50 miles of Inverness FL. Terri was very patient with our lack of decision along the way, and once we found our home up in Ocala, she helped find furniture and even showed up to move some of it in! Not just your typical salesperson she puts her heart and soul into her work and will come highly recommended when we have friends and family join us in the south someday.
