Toniann Ciappetta handled our listing very professionally. She followed up all showings by requesting feedback from the showing agents.When the first buyer developed a serious health issue and canceled the closing, Toniann quickly relisted the property and again followed up all showings by contacting the showing agents for feedback.When the property was again under contract, Toniann guided us thru the remote signing even though we had left the state. She also made sure the house was always ready to be shown to prospective buyers. She also prepared the house for the final walk-thru the day of the closing.
