We are looking for someone to work 12:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. 5 hours a day / 25 hours a week / $9 per hour.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to work up closing statements on properties. This will include researching and compiling fees and plugging numbers into a software program. As an example, the buyer of a home will be purchasing for $100,000. They will also have fees on their end - typically lender fees, appraisal fees, recording fees, etc and the seller will be selling for $100,000 and they will have fees including realtor fees, title fees, recording fees, etc.

We need someone that is comfortable with numbers and can input them into our software and make sure the figures balance prior to us closing on a file.
