We went there on Saturday night (9/25/) and it was great. It does mostly catering; there were two wedding while we were there. It is located right on Tampa Bay at 2425 North Rocky Point Drive, and their web-site is therustypelican.com and their phone number is 813-281-1943. It averages $80-100 a couple, had a romantic atmosphere with fireplaces, etc., and the food was good to great!
