Step inside to find a bright and spacious open concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook. The space this peaceful/relaxing/comfortable property is really inviting. Everything in this house is brand new, we accommodate strictly 7 people max. We dont cater large groups as we want to offer relax and a comfortable home for you. Events / parties or gatherings are not allowed in the property. The home had 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a bath tub and the master bathroom has a standing shower. Every room has a smart tv and the main living room with a 65 inch smart tv. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated, has a king bed with a memory foam mattress. The brand new master bathroom with stand up shower boast a lovely barn door. The other three bedrooms have a queen bed, twin bed, and bunk beds all with memory foam mattresses. Our modern style kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare your meals. We have a laundry room inside the hall bath area. Home has high speed internet home was recently rehabbed and newly decorated with peaceful and relaxing colors and furniture to give you a beautiful experience. We appreciate you taking care of our home during your stay. We are in a great location, and its a quiet neighborhood but very close to many convenient shopping/entertainment and dining options with immediate access to the interstate just 500 feet down the street. You can also enjoy your meals in the patio area in the backyard with lots of lighting. Lights and decor made the outdoors a beautiful place to spend the evenings. Guest access the whole house is for your use but we have a closed closet in the master bedroom where our cleaning crew keep all their supplies. Other things to note parking park in the driveway only. Do not park in green areas there are lots of sprinkler systems in the green area. We always encourage our guests to lock their cars and do not leave valuable properties in your vehicle. Our neighborhood is very safe but we are not responsible for damages to your vehicle or stolen items. No events/parties/gatherings will be allowed in the property. Not following this house rule will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. No pets or service animals are allowed: after the owner's child got seriously sick by covid, animals can cause a seriously health issue so we please ask you kindly to follow this rule as the owner live certain times of the year in this house no smoking/vaping are allowed in this house you must be over 25 yo to book this home surveillance cameras have 4 cameras in the property: one in front door, back door, and on both sides of the property no loud noises after 8 pm please respect neighbors as this is a quiet neighborhood watch your kids all the time your kids should be watched at all times. Never leave the kids alone in the property. Keep property lock anytime the neighborhood is pretty safe but i always encourage my guests to lock doors.
